About the role

  • Build and complete strategic account plans tailored to each facility and network's dynamics.
  • Partner closely with Federal Market Access leadership to align on quality programs, initiatives, EMR integrations, and evidence-based treatment algorithms for targeted populations.
  • Collaborate across the Biopharma Business Unit (BBU) and with Sales Leadership, National and Regional Account Directors, Scientific Affairs, and State Government Affairs to deploy a coordinated national strategy.
  • Communicate customer-specific findings, program outcomes, and opportunities across internal collaborators to sharpen execution, elevate customer experience, and accelerate adoption where clinically appropriate.
  • Champion projects and initiatives that advance access, quality, and continuity of care for Federal patient populations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one of the following:
  • Pharmaceutical sales
  • Biotech or Healthcare sales in multiple customer segments
  • Account-based management or consulting in the healthcare segment
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Willingness to travel. Travel can be 75%+ depending on location.
