About the role
- Build and complete strategic account plans tailored to each facility and network's dynamics.
- Partner closely with Federal Market Access leadership to align on quality programs, initiatives, EMR integrations, and evidence-based treatment algorithms for targeted populations.
- Collaborate across the Biopharma Business Unit (BBU) and with Sales Leadership, National and Regional Account Directors, Scientific Affairs, and State Government Affairs to deploy a coordinated national strategy.
- Communicate customer-specific findings, program outcomes, and opportunities across internal collaborators to sharpen execution, elevate customer experience, and accelerate adoption where clinically appropriate.
- Champion projects and initiatives that advance access, quality, and continuity of care for Federal patient populations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one of the following:
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Biotech or Healthcare sales in multiple customer segments
- Account-based management or consulting in the healthcare segment
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Willingness to travel. Travel can be 75%+ depending on location.
