- Influence supply chain and network strategy
- Quantify resilience across the portfolio
- Provide decision support and trade-off insights
- Identify where to dial resilience up or down
- Build robust business cases for resilience investments
- Transform business continuity for Intelligent Supply and Operations 2030
- Lead the transformation of BCP policy, processes, tools, and ways of working
- Implement a streamlined Product BCP process using modern digital solutions
- Design and deploy cross-brand continuity processes
- Own and govern end-to-end BCM processes
- Drive continuous improvement and maturity using lean principles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of independent, hands-on experience in supply chain management
- Proven expertise in supply strategy development, enterprise thinking, influencing, and relationship management
- Experience in pharmaceutical operations
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and presenting to senior leaders
- Financial acumen, including product costing and business case development
- Experience in risk management, business continuity management, and resilience
