About the role
- Sit at the intersection of data, technology, and customer success
- Lead the technical "back and forth" with customers regarding Input Specifications
- Manage the ingestion of customer data, load data into the system, and interpret validation results
- Compare client "traditional" results against our eMeasure results to identify discrepancies
- Act as the primary technical contact for client engineering teams; handle ad-hoc responses and keep complex investigations organized
- Research problems independently to form a hypothesis before seeking clarification or escalating
- Provide feedback and input into feature development
Requirements
- Strong understanding of FHIR resources and structure
- Familiarity with reading a FHIR Implementation Guide
- Ability to read and understand any programming language
- A desire to learn new technologies deeply
- Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Organized approach to troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience reading, writing, or debugging CQL
- Proficiency in SQL or a scripting language
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS)
- Background in HEDIS measures or Quality Measurement in healthcare
- Technical consulting experience
