Solutions Engineer

• Sit at the intersection of data, technology, and customer success
• Lead the technical "back and forth" with customers regarding Input Specifications
• Manage the ingestion of customer data, load data into the system, and interpret validation results
• Compare client "traditional" results against our eMeasure results to identify discrepancies
• Act as the primary technical contact for client engineering teams; handle ad-hoc responses and keep complex investigations organized
• Research problems independently to form a hypothesis before seeking clarification or escalating
• Provide feedback and input into feature development
