• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer implementation projects
• Develop and manage project plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams
• Drive accountability by monitoring progress, facilitating meetings, and tracking action items to keep all teams aligned and on schedule
• Identify risks early and work with leadership to develop and execute mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for customer implementation projects
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with customer stakeholders on status, deliverables, and next steps

• Participate in post-implementation reviews and assist in developing insights and recommendations
• Leverage Astrata’s project management tools to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience
• Contribute to refining templates, processes, and tools that enhance efficiency and scalability across projects

Sales

• Drive company growth by developing and cultivating new accounts and closing opportunities
• Involved in sourcing & developing leads
• Advise relationships post-sale
• Drive sales and shape the future of an emerging technology in digital health care
• Sell the vision, value, and return on investment of Astrata products and services
• Build account strategies and territory plans with the executive team
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients that drive toward quota and company revenue goals
• Provide visibility into sales activities through metrics and forecasted sales projections
• Keep Salesforce CRM up to date for account and opportunity accuracy
• Collaborate on contract details with the leadership team for customer-focused strategies

VP, Payer Sales

Full-stack Engineer

• Works with the latest technologies and tools to develop production-level code used by clients daily
• Find creative solutions to difficult problems and operate within a flexible, fast-paced development environment
• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-level client code and tooling
• Participation in the full software development cycle using Agile methodology
• Use modern CI/CD processes and the AWS Cloud ecosystem for code deployments
• Promote and participate in professional self-development to stay up to date with new technologies and development approaches within the industry
• Provide updates in both written and spoken format
• Work with leadership daily providing status updates, recommendations for improvements, and other inputs to provide a world class engineering development organization
