Solutions Engineer

• Assist Solution Engineers in the end-to-end implementation of Astrata solutions from initial planning to post-deployment support for new and existing customers
• Capture customer-specific details during meetings to ensure requirements are understood and recorded
• Map customer requirements to our system specifications and assist in developing the implementation plan
• Support the script creation process for deploying customer environments, processing data, and summarizing results
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure successful implementations and share results
• Find creative solutions to difficult problems and operate within a flexible, fast-paced environment
• Communicate progress, updates, and potential roadblocks to teammates, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Provide post implementation system support ensuring Astrata meets our SLA’s
• Continuously assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Promote and participate in professional self-development to stay up to date with innovative technologies and development approaches within the industry
