About the role

  • Support employees with IT inquiries and incidents and conduct training for the efficient use of IT systems
  • First- and second-level support for hardware and software issues
  • Client support / user support: administration, assistance and support of users with IT-related questions
  • Administration of IT systems and networks including installation, configuration, maintenance and security updates
  • Participation in IT projects and implementation of new technologies to continuously improve our IT infrastructure

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT support preferred
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with network technologies and protocols
  • Good written and spoken English skills
