• Interface coordination: You work closely with field sales, the central estimating/costing department and the complaints department to ensure optimal customer service.
• Customer care & complaint handling: You provide comprehensive customer support, handle complaints professionally and solution-oriented, and serve as a competent contact for pricing, delivery dates and technical inquiries.
