About the role
- Provide support to employees for IT requests and incidents, and conduct training to ensure efficient use of IT systems
- Deliver first- and second-level support for hardware and software issues
- Client support / user assistance: manage, support and assist users with IT-related questions
- Administer IT systems and networks, including installation, configuration, maintenance and security updates
- Participate in IT projects and the implementation of new technologies to continuously improve our IT infrastructure
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT support is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network technologies and protocols
- Good written and spoken English skills
