About the role
- Implement market level success strategies via top volume service providers to ensure alignment with performance expectations, customer satisfaction, and operational goals for both Assurant, as well as the Vendor Partner
- Analyze performance and market coverage of high-volume partners using quantitative methods to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams (Network Capacity, Network Analytics, Claims Management) to support strategic roadmap and course correction when necessary
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and project management methodologies
- Partner with leadership to align kaizen priorities with organizational strategy and build a culture of operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in partner/vendor management, service delivery, or operations
- Demonstrated success in applying Six Sigma and project management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Travel up to 20%
