About the role

  • Implement market level success strategies via top volume service providers to ensure alignment with performance expectations, customer satisfaction, and operational goals for both Assurant, as well as the Vendor Partner.
  • Analyze performance and market coverage of high-volume partners using quantitative methods to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Network Capacity, Network Analytics, Claims Management) to support strategic roadmap and course correction when necessary.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
  • Partner with leadership to align kaizen priorities with organizational strategy and build a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in partner/vendor management, service delivery, or operations.
  • Demonstrated success in applying Six Sigma and project management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
