About the role

  • Lead, shape, and execute APAC’s financial strategy.
  • Own financial planning, forecasting, target setting, and performance management processes.
  • Partner with the business to support strategy development and execution.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team.
  • Provide the Board and Executive Leadership with accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on APAC’s overall business and enterprise profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to the “Business Process,” embedding strong governance across investment and commercial decisions.
  • Support the evaluation and execution of new business initiatives, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
  • Professional certification strongly preferred: CPA/CA, CMA, and/or CFA.
  • 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 8–10 years in regional or multi‑country leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success owning a full P&L and leading FP&A for a complex, multi‑market business.
  • Significant exposure to commercial finance (pricing, contracts, partnerships), resource allocation, and capital efficiency.
  • Proven track record driving value creation (margin expansion, ROIC, cash conversion) and cost/productivity programs.
