About the role
- Lead a team of managers while shaping the future of our claims organization through strong leadership
- Oversee claims administration, adjudication, compliance, litigation, and liability management across multiple business lines
- Partner cross‑functionally to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑quality claim handling aligned with regulatory guidelines
- Use data, audits, and trend analysis to improve outcomes, quality, and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience including coaching and developing of employees
- Strong knowledge of P&C claims operations, compliance, and regulatory standards
- P&C Adjuster license or ability to obtain within 30 days
