Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:

- o Customer service experience (call center, insurance, or banking preferred)
- o Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- o Ability to multitask using technology in a fast-paced environment
- o Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up)
- o Quiet, distraction-free home office setup
- Preferred Qualifications:
- o 2+ years of customer service experience
- o Prior remote work experience
