About the role
- Own pipeline targets: You’ll be accountable for driving qualified pipeline and revenue through scalable, measurable demand programs across enterprise and mid-market health systems and provider groups.
- Build and run account-based campaigns: Design and execute highly targeted ABM campaigns that reach healthcare executives, operators, and patient access leaders across paid media, email marketing, sponsored content, social media, events, and our website.
- Lead paid and organic growth with clear ROI: Own paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEO/GEO, content syndication, and industry partnerships. Work closely with external agencies to continuously test, learn, and optimize for pipeline quality—not vanity metrics.
- Create strong nurture and conversion paths: Own email marketing and lead nurturing programs that educate buyers, build trust, and move prospects efficiently from interest to opportunity.
- Establish measurement and rigor: Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting that clearly connect programs to pipeline and revenue. Analyze funnel performance, run experiments, and use data to guide prioritization and iteration.
- Partner closely with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and BDR leadership on targeting, messaging, lead handoff, scoring, and feedback loops. Pipeline is a shared responsibility, and you’ll help make that collaboration seamless.
- Shape messaging with the team: Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Creative to build assets that clearly communicate Assort’s value and resonate with key decision-makers and drive engagement across the buyer’s journey.
- Build for scale: As demand grows, help define what the function becomes next—team structure, hiring plans, process improvements, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS environments (health-tech experience is a big plus).
- 1+ years of experience managing agencies and building, leading, and developing teams.
- Experience growing a database organically via multiple channels.
- A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue by generating qualified leads for BDRs through highly targeted campaigns.
- Experience implementing effective sales enablement processes to maximize the reach and impact of demand generation campaigns.
- Experience building demand engines from early stages and scaling them as the company grows.
- Strong Sales partnership experience, including lead management and scoring, enablement, and feedback loops.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
- A strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable making decisions with data and running experiments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
