Manager

• The Research & Grants Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the organization’s research and grant portfolios, including identifying funding opportunities, coordinating proposal development, managing post-award compliance, and monitoring research activities.
• This position ensures alignment of research and grant activities with organizational goals and compliance with institutional, federal, and sponsor regulations.
• Coordinate the development of grant proposals, including budget preparation, narrative writing, and collaboration with program and finance teams.
• Manage post-award activities including tracking expenditures, submitting progress and financial reports, and ensuring compliance with grant terms and conditions.
• Work with finance and program staff to develop budgets, monitor spending, and prepare for audits.
• Support researchers and program staff in developing and executing research projects, including IRB submission and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in grants management systems or databases and develop reports on funding progress, grant pipeline, outcomes, and trends.
