About the role
- Support hiring for Home Organization Division
- Partner closely with operations and regional leadership
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting process
- Gather interview feedback
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Use job boards and social media for sourcing
- Maintain candidate databases
- Attend job fairs and community outreach events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
- High-volume recruitment to include sales, hospitality, food and beverage, and marketing representative hiring- preferred
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software
