About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines.
- Gather and synthesize interview feedback.
- Deliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required.
