About the role
- Join as an engineering student in an internship
- Gain experience in retail site planning and store layout design
- Work closely with industry professionals
- Learn how strategic real estate decisions impact customer experience
- Participate in project coordination and team collaboration
- Present insights to Executive Leadership Team at the end of the internship
Requirements
- Engineering, Architect, or Construction Management candidates
- Junior or Senior level students
- Solid interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Excellent ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and willingness to ask questions
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Desire to work in a collaborative, dynamic, flexible and team-oriented environment while managing one's own time and responsibilities effectively
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 40 hour per week, 10-week internship, with the possibility to work overtime as needed. Including regular and reliable attendance throughout the program
