About the role
- Manage a portfolio of private banking and commercial relationships to ensure strong credit quality and client retention
- Analyze financial statements and cash flows to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate structures
- Prepare credit presentations and opportunity memos, clearly outlining risks, mitigants, and profitability
- Monitor portfolio performance, including loan repayments, financial condition, and covenant compliance
- Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to support client needs and manage renewals
- Conduct annual reviews and risk rating assessments to maintain accurate portfolio oversight
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across banking services to deepen client relationships
- Participate in client meetings and community activities to strengthen market presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of private banking or commercial banking experience with credit knowledge
- 4+ years of private banking or commercial banking experience with credit knowledge (preferred)
