About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Commercial Relationship Specialists and Leads, setting clear expectations and driving performance.
- Manage workflow, staffing, and priorities to ensure timely, accurate loan administration and portfolio support.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, training, and career development opportunities.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality across teams.
- Ensure compliance with all credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Credit, Loan Operations, and Risk to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Standardize procedures and promote best practices across regions and teams.
- Support business growth by fostering strong relationships with sales teams and enhancing the client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of commercial banking loan administration experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and people leaders
- 7+ years of experience with commercial credit, loan documentation, and bank operations
- Experience with multi-bank loan syndications as Administrative Agent
