About the role
- Assist in preparing SEC filings in compliance with GAAP, PCAOB, and regulatory requirements
- Support regulatory reporting for agencies including OCC, FRB, FDIC, and FFIEC
- Contribute to sustainability reporting and analysis aligned with required standards
- Analyze financial data and support internal reporting for key stakeholders
- Research and apply new accounting standards and regulatory guidance
- Support month-end close by identifying and resolving general ledger variances
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and reporting processes
- Participate in special projects to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience in financial services industry
- Exposure to SEC or regulatory reporting
- Experience with audit or internal controls
- CPA certification
