About the role
- Lead end-to-end loan closings, including due diligence, documentation, settlement, and funding.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal loan policies.
- Coordinate syndicated loan closings and manage communication with participating banks.
- Manage borrower and deal team expectations, providing timely updates and issue resolution.
- Oversee post-closing activities, ensuring documentation accuracy and clearing exceptions.
- Maintain accurate loan data across systems and ensure file integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- 3+ years customer service experience in a professional office setting.
- 3+ years experience in commercial or CRE finance, legal documentation, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in loan administration, including construction loan monitoring and/or loan closing preferred.
- 3+ years experience reviewing and analyzing credit and loan documents preferred.
- 3+ years commercial real estate due diligence experience preferred.
