About the role
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Drive enterprise talent acquisition strategies, including talent branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and candidate experience enhancements.
- Analyze and present recruitment metrics to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and demonstrate return on investment.
- Monitor labor market trends, economic conditions, and competitive insights to inform proactive sourcing strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to align hiring priorities with organizational goals and workforce plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, audit requirements, and risk standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition or human resources leadership experience
- Experience recruiting or managing recruiters in a high volume environment
- Experience leading teams in a large or complex organization
- Demonstrated success using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making.
