About the role
- Support sales teams by managing the operational backbone of the sales process
- From lead tracking to follow-ups and pipeline support
- Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, allowing sales leaders to focus on closing and strategy
- Work alongside founders and revenue teams to keep sales operations running smoothly
- Participate in ongoing coaching and support for growth and performance
Requirements
- Manage CRM updates, pipelines, and lead tracking
- Support inbound and outbound sales workflows
- Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination
- Prepare sales reports, trackers, and summaries
- Assist with proposal preparation and documentation
- Maintain clean records of leads, conversations, and outcomes
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed
- Non-Negotiables
- 3+ years of sales support, admin, or operations experience
- Strong written and verbal English
- Highly responsive and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with numbers, targets, and deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication tools
