50% Closing Incoming Pipeline:
Convert warm leads into booked sales calls
Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up

50% Sourcing New Lead Opportunities:
Instagram DM conversations and engagement
Strategic email outreach campaigns
Outbound calling to high-value prospects
Creative prospecting across multiple channels
Daily Responsibilities
Instagram Lead Management: Respond to DMs within 2 hours, convert conversations to calls
Multi-Channel Outreach: Email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings that show up and close
CRM Management: Track all activities and maintain detailed prospect records
