About the role

  • **What You'll Do**
  • - Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters.
  • - Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision
  • - Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes)
  • - Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact
  • - Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation
  • - Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making
  • - Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
  • - Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands)
  • - Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters

Requirements
