About the role
- What You'll Do
- - Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters.
- - Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision
- - Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes)
- - Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact
- - Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation
- - Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making
- - Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
- - Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands)
- - Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters
Requirements
