About the role
- Support the business through social media management and systems research and setup
- Social Media Setup & Management: Set up and/or rebuild social media accounts
- Take full ownership of social media management, including content scheduling and ongoing platform management
- Create and schedule posts using content and direction provided by the founder
- Build a consistent and professional online presence
- Research and evaluate booking and scheduling systems
- Assess whether the current booking platform can support these needs or recommend alternatives
- Help configure systems so contractors can receive bookings smoothly
- Assist with podcast and digital content support once core systems are established
Requirements
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience with social media setup and management
- Comfortable learning and implementing new tools and platforms
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Strong written English communication skills
- Able to take ownership and work independently without constant supervision
- Experience supporting therapists, coaches, or service-based businesses (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with booking or scheduling platforms (e.g., Acuity or similar) (Nice-to-Have)
- Exposure to digital products, podcasts, or online courses (Nice-to-Have)
