About the role

  • Social Media Management (Primary Focus)
  • Edit and prepare video and image content supplied by the internal team
  • Schedule and post content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Ensure brand consistency, tone, and quality across all platforms
  • Manage captions, hashtags, and basic engagement where required
  • Maintain a reliable posting cadence aligned with business growth
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Collaborate with the business to refine what content performs best
  • Support Google Ads management once onboarded and aligned
  • Assist with monitoring campaigns
  • Work alongside existing internal and external Google Ads resources

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong content editing and execution skills (video + visual)
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with supplied content rather than filming
  • Experience working with established businesses (not influencer-only accounts)
  • Confident managing multiple platforms without constant supervision
  • Willing to grow into paid ads support over time
  • Portfolio required (social accounts and/or content samples)
