About the role
- Manage live chats and answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor
- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure orders and inquiries are processed efficiently
- Address questions regarding product details, shipping status, and design specifications
- Update and manage customer information and logistics tracking within spreadsheets
Requirements
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personality
- Proven track record in customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Shopify is highly desirable
- Background in retail sales or logistics
- Experience in Marketing or Content Management is a significant plus
