About the role
- Support sales team as they build and nurture new client relationships
- Facilitate opportunities to increase productivity by supplementing ensemble teams and engaging with advisors on various needs
- Act as the primary sales point of contact for escalated service-related issues and as a backup resource when sales team members are unavailable
- Build relationships with advisors through personalized engagement to help advisors understand platform nuances and identify opportunities
- Proactively communicate with advisors and ask insightful questions to identify additional needs and highlight expanded partnership opportunities
- Keep up to date with investment information, platform updates, marketing materials, operational changes, industry news, and market events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance field
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Active FINRA licenses: Series 6, 63, and 65 and/or 7 and 66
- Legally authorized to work in the US; employer unable to provide visa sponsorship
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage pipelines and territories
- Experienced in evaluating managed money platforms and investment solutions
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with ability to work independently and self-motivation
- Base Salary range $45,000-$65,000
- Annualized Sales Incentive Plan target of up to $30,000
