About the role

  • Support sales team as they build and nurture new client relationships
  • Facilitate opportunities to increase productivity by supplementing ensemble teams and engaging with advisors on various needs
  • Act as the primary sales point of contact for escalated service-related issues and as a backup resource when sales team members are unavailable
  • Build relationships with advisors through personalized engagement to help advisors understand platform nuances and identify opportunities
  • Proactively communicate with advisors and ask insightful questions to identify additional needs and highlight expanded partnership opportunities
  • Keep up to date with investment information, platform updates, marketing materials, operational changes, industry news, and market events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance field
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Active FINRA licenses: Series 6, 63, and 65 and/or 7 and 66
  • Legally authorized to work in the US; employer unable to provide visa sponsorship
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage pipelines and territories
  • Experienced in evaluating managed money platforms and investment solutions
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Collaborative team player with ability to work independently and self-motivation
