IT Support

• Maintain the property management software & Quickbase system and create custom reporting.
• Maintain, generate, expand reporting in Quickbase system & general back end management upkeep.
• Maintain Tableau workbooks weekly.

• Develop and maintain the Microsoft dynamic CRM platform within Office 365, including developing new functionality, bug tracking/remediation, tracking leads and processes and timelines, adding users, daily maintenance and updating, etc.
• Integration of systems into the Microsoft Flow workflow product, including developing, expanding, and maintaining the trigger system for incorporating employee status change, weekly workbook files, etc.
• Creating and implementing new Microsoft forms for takeovers surveys, Due Diligence, etc.
• Develop, expand and maintain Asset power apps; updating of front-end of system and user interface side.
• Build, expand and maintain running reports in new Microsoft reporting platforms, including PowerBI and Microsoft Reporting Services.
• Access disparate data sources (Databases, XML, and flat files) and apply internal and external business rules, policies, and data quality measures.
• Assess/verify the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources.
• Develop analytics visualizations, reports, and dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI.
• Management of users, files, and processes for ShareFile application management.
• Generate monthly and weekly reporting, creating custom reporting as requested.
• Assist with special projects.
• Assisting in resolving support tickets and holding a backup for support as needed.

Systems Support Specialist

Collections

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable across assigned properties, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments, charges, move-out balances, and utility bill-backs.
• Lead the delinquency and eviction process, including issuing notices, coordinating legal filings, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing as well as applicable county and state laws.
• Communicate effectively with residents and guarantors regarding balances, payment plans, and the overall collection process.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records and assist with monthly closing procedures and reporting.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to verify ledger accuracy and support move-out reconciliations and security deposit refunds.
• Clearly explain account statuses and policies to stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment. No travel required.

Collections Associate

Controller

• Responsible for the supervision of the accounting for a specific team of accountants.
• Ensures the delivery of financial statements within the required client delivery date.
• Communicates regularly with clients to discuss the financial performance of their properties and respond to accounting questions.
• Responsible for the accuracy of financial statements prepared by a team of accountants.
• Supervises the accounting team in reviewing rent rolls, reconciling bank statements and monitoring monthly operating results against budget.
• Coordinate with operational team members to prepare and approve financial budgets for each property.
• Coordinate with the Controller and CFO and other Assistant controllers to establish and implement short/long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Participate in the hiring process and annual performance reviews for a team of Senior Accountants, Accountants, and Junior Accountants.
• Manage efficiency and make staffing recommendations in order to meet expected performance metrics.
• Support a team of assistant controllers in the responding to financial audit requests and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.

Assistant Controller

Recruitment

• Participate in the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for our corporate hiring needs
• Build and cultivate relationships with hiring leaders and act as a trusted advisor to influence talent strategy and iterate on existing processes when needed
• Develop and implement creative strategies for proactive recruiting and pipelining of talent
• Prioritize recruiting for a diverse talent pool within a challenging and competitive talent marketplace
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives to streamline best practices and elevate our Talent Acquisition efforts
• Provide input to Corporate Recruiting leaders to build metrics and ensure Talent Acquisition team exceeds hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate experience satisfaction
• Oversee data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
• Effectively work with an ecosystem of team members, including the business, HR, FP&A, and TA programs
• Champion a data-driven recruiting approach, using data and analytics to tell stories and drive sponsorship for critical initiatives
• Partner with Marketing on employment brand initiatives to expand reach and awareness of Asset Living Corporate opportunities

Corporate Recruiter

• Manage external and internal job postings within the applicant tracking system.
• Solution inquiries through the Talent Acquisition Fresh Service ticketing system.
• Generate weekly & monthly reports for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Write and maintain job descriptions.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing team to address reputation management on specific job boards.
• Manage candidate emails and voicemails, forwarding them to appropriate personnel if necessary.
• Assist Talent Acquisition leaders in presentation preparation.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Recruiting Operations Coordinator

Client Services Representative

Accountant

• Initiate and post journal entries, prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, and research & resolve issues as needed
