About the role

Operational legal support: first-line legal contact for teams (Sales, Order Management/ADV, Product, IT)
Contract management: negotiation and drafting of standard commercial agreements (SaaS, NDAs, supplier contracts, partnerships)
GDPR & AI Act compliance: maintaining compliance with GDPR and the AI regulatory framework
Legal team structuring: formalization and centralization of legal documentation
Awareness & legal culture building: training and raising teams’ awareness of legal issues (GDPR, AI, contracts)

Master’s degree in Law (Master II), ideally in Digital Law / ICT or equivalent
At least 1 year of in-house experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
Strong knowledge of GDPR, a genuine interest in AI Act-related topics, and solid contract law skills
Fluent English (C1) required: you will sometimes draft and negotiate in English
Rigour, autonomy, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to explain legal matters to non-legal teams
