About the role
- Lead and mentor the Enterprise Systems team
- Manage Salesforce platform ownership (Sales and Service Clouds)
- Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices across configuration, automation, and governance
- Drive platform modernization through Flow-first and Lightning-first design principles
- Partner with the Enterprise Integration team to ensure seamless connectivity and scalable integration patterns
- Maintain the Salesforce roadmap, reporting progress and platform health to leadership
- Oversee vendor relationships, user access, and compliance in collaboration with IT Security
- Deliver measurable improvements in adoption, performance, and automation maturity
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce technical experience
- A minimum of 2+ years leading Salesforce platform teams or major cross-cloud initiatives
- Strong technical foundation in Salesforce configuration, automation, and security
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) are considered assets
