About the role
- Reporting to the Manager, Data Consulting, the Implementation Consultant- Data serves as a primary point of contact regarding data quality for assigned client accounts.
- Through ongoing consultation, implementation support and issue resolution, ensure client meet their business goals using best in class data practices.
- Manage your own book of business build trusted advisor partnerships and client relationships.
- Develop documentation covering all clients data assets, processes and best practices.
- Deliver client presentations, trainings and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Guide existing clients to keep data updated and optimized for success.
- Conduct strategy sessions, workshops and ongoing consultation aligned with Assent's data standards and processes.
- Proactively monitor client data and systems to ensure ongoing data quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years related work experience
- Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships
- Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English as well as an additional language in German and English
- Advanced Excel skills - able to leverage all Excel functions to analyze and report complex datasets
- Excellent understanding of data management and analysis principles
