About the role
- Design and continuously optimize a scalable onboarding program for Sales and Customer Success
- Drive faster time-to-productivity by equipping new hires with a deep understanding of the product
- Build and maintain a centralized enablement hub for Sales and Customer Success
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate new features into role-specific, customer-ready enablement
- Ensure enablement content supports multiple GTM motions
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer success roles
- Strong knowledge of onboarding and training practices
- Ability to create engaging training materials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SaaS products and customer relations.
