About the role

  • Ensure seamless production with minimal to no downtime
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on client systems
  • Maintain existing IT infrastructure and process documentation
  • Use tools for incident and service request management (ServiceNow)
  • Oversee the integrity and security of IT systems
  • Lead IT projects ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 – 3 Years of IT Support Experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Time management and organizational skills
  • Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365 knowledge
  • Familiarity with VMWare VSphere and ESXI a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels in a courteous, helpful and professional manner
  • Must be available to work weekends and off hours occasionally
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
