About the role
- Ensure seamless production with minimal to no downtime
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on client systems
- Maintain existing IT infrastructure and process documentation
- Use tools for incident and service request management (ServiceNow)
- Oversee the integrity and security of IT systems
- Lead IT projects ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 – 3 Years of IT Support Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Time management and organizational skills
- Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365 knowledge
- Familiarity with VMWare VSphere and ESXI a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interact with all levels in a courteous, helpful and professional manner
- Must be available to work weekends and off hours occasionally
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
