Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
Reach out to warm and cold leads
Develop strong product knowledge to address technical questions
Provide professional communication and service when assisting customers
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Follow up on customer requests for product information and purchase guidance
Support the sales team in identifying and growing opportunities within the territory

Requirements
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the tech industry
Positive outlook, strong internal drive, and team player mindset
A “people person” with genuine interest in helping customers
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Clear and professional written and phone communication
Highly productive, proactive, and enthusiastic about technology
