About the role
- Provides senior-level analytical and coordination support to DOE programs
- Supporting complex task assignments, management reporting, and cross-functional coordination under the direction of the Program Manager.
- Lead task tracking and performance reporting.
- Prepare briefings and analyses for senior management.
- Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of program analysis or management support experience
- Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office, and enterprise reporting tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 10+ years of progressively responsible federal program or project management experience
- Experience in task-order or task-assignment federal contracts
- Experience working at DOE, HHS (CDC/NIH), or DoD on services contracts
- Experience working with a diverse interdisciplinary team
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting dashboards.

- The candidate must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.
