About the role

  • Serves as the single point of accountability for all PAMSS contract performance
  • Direct and oversee all task assignments from intake through closeout
  • Manage staffing, labor mix, and surge support
  • Ensure cost, schedule, and quality compliance
  • Serve as the primary interface with DOE leadership
  • Implement risk management and corrective action processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 7–10 years’ management experience within DoD or federal IT operations
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office, and enterprise reporting tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible federal program or project management experience
  • Experience managing DOE, HHS (CDC/NIH), or DoD advisory and assistance services contracts
  • Experience working with a diverse interdisciplinary team
  • Experience with PMBOK®, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, and cost tracking tools
  • Applicants selected will be subject to Public Trust; they must be able to obtain higher clearance if tasking requires
  • The candidate must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.
