- Design, configure, and deliver Workforce Software solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience implementing Workforce Software Time and Attendance
- Workforce Software Technical Certification (L1), L2 strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of various workforce management disciplines
- Thorough understanding of Workforce Software functions
- Experience designing and improving business process
- Demonstrated ability to communicate solutions to various stakeholder levels
- Experience conducting end user training
