About the role
- Partner with clients to gather requirements and design scalable SAP ECP solutions.
- Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, calculations, time management, and integration points.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
- Design and support integrations between EC, EC Payroll, and third-party systems.
- Document system configuration, business processes, and testing activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and mentorship to clients and team members.
- Stay current with SAP releases, best practices, and certifications.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless module integration.
Requirements
- 7+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience with deep, hands-on ECP expertise.
- Proven experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules.
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll architecture, data flow, and compliance.
- Background in client-facing consulting with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
