About the role
- Design and optimize voice AI conversation flows that align with the real processes and objectives of trade businesses
- Onboard new clients by building and configuring their AI agents end-to-end
- Maintain fast feedback loops with clients and the product team to continually improve agent performance
- Conduct research and analysis to understand what makes AI conversations effective and where they fail
- Translate customer insights into concrete recommendations for AI deployment and product improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for AI conversation design
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success, product, consulting, conversational design, or a similar role
- Ability to combine qualitative approaches with analytical rigor: you understand users and measure outcomes
- Excellent communication skills: able to bridge technical and business contexts
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you define problems as much as you solve them
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience designing chatbots, voice agents, or human–AI interaction flows is a plus
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI tools in enterprise or customer-facing contexts is a plus
- Familiarity with the skilled trades or home services industry is a plus
