About the role

  • Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound outreach, digital prospecting and partner channels
  • Qualify inbound leads with urgency and discipline
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM hygiene in HubSpot
  • Run discovery to understand customer needs, decision criteria and buying processes
  • Deliver compelling demos of Seekda’s platform, tailored to hotel type, market and stack
  • Scope solutions and build proposals that articulate ROI and commercial benefits
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
  • Execute structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC-light, SPIN or equivalent)
  • Maintain accurate forecasting with clear next steps and timelines
  • Report on pipeline health, activities, conversion metrics and risks
  • Work closely with CRO and marketing to refine ICP, personas and messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound sequences, campaigns and events
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover and high-quality onboarding
  • Provide structured feedback to the product regarding market trends and customer needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales, ideally in hospitality tech, hotel SaaS or related verticals
  • Proven track record closing net-new ARR in the €100k–€400k range annually
  • Strong prospecting muscle and confidence using outreach tools and sequences
  • Experience delivering structured discovery and high-impact product demos
  • Strong commercial instincts: qualification, negotiation, objection handling
  • Comfortable working in competitive markets (Germany, UK, Italy or Nordics a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget
  • Great attention to detail and planning skills
  • Strong work ethic, organized, and focused
  • At least an advanced professional level of German and English, written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany
