About the role
- Build, launch, and QA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft, and LinkedIn.
- Translate strategy into technical design briefs.
- Perform daily health checks—monitoring budget pacing and pausing underperforming ads.
- Ability to make quick edits to ad assets using Canva or CapCut without waiting for a designer.
- Assist the Content team during peak periods or leave cover by filming simple class activities or testimonials.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures and audience segmentation.
- Functional proficiency in Canva and mobile video editing (CapCut).
- Analytical precision mixed with "creative self-sufficiency."
