About the role
- Vet and review courseware (Learner Guides, Trainer Guides, PowerPoint slides, Assessment Plans) for accuracy, formatting, and compliance.
- Cross-reference documents to ensure alignment between learning outcomes, teaching activities, and assessments.
- Update content and refresh visuals in PowerPoint templates.
- Monitor assessments and LMS records; act as invigilator during assessments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, respond to queries, and support curriculum-related projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities; proactive and adaptable.
- Minimum 1 year in administrative or education/training environments preferred.
