About the role

  • Your role will encompass all aspects of fire safety engineering.
  • Undertaking research on new products and systems.
  • Working with design teams.
  • Preparing fire strategies.
  • Undertaking site inspections and computational modelling.
  • Supporting the implementation of effective fire safety management and protection measures in existing buildings.
  • Opportunities to specialise in different areas of fire engineering to suit your interests.
  • Liaising with a wider team of highly skilled fire consultants with specialisms that incorporate a diverse range of fields.
  • Supported in learning fire safety engineering techniques and practices by our highly competent fire engineering team, which includes Chartered Engineers.

Requirements

  • Upbeat personality with a high level of integrity and ethics
  • Multi-tasking team player with the ability to work alone and use initiative.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Reliable, with a friendly and helpful approach
  • Strong, positive communication skills.
  • Fantastic attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent English (spoken, written and comprehension).
