Account Manager

• Meet or exceed annual revenue target of > 500K$ (new business growth) across Diagnostic Films portfolio.
• Execute against sales initiatives: attend 1-5 tradeshows, drive lead generation identifying potential gafchromic™ film users, qualify and generate sales, conduct software demos.
• Self-starter to proactively prospect the marketplace to expand our customer base and drive repeat purchases with occasional buyers.
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs, qualify, probe, scope and sell DF products & services.
• Execute end-to-end sales process from feasibility analysis, including credit checks and pricing, negotiating terms, writing proposals, and closing the sale.
• Develop and manage relationships with 100-300 unique clients and prospects.
• Manage customer relationship and sales efforts with recurring ad-hoc customers by promptly answering their queries regarding Diagnostic Films offering and product delivery.
• Distributor management, as an account manager with forecasting, distributor accountability and training.
• Become proficient in Ashland CRM, systems, and software tools.
• Conduct revenue forecasting on target markets /accounts.
• Creating content for every stage in the buyer’s journey, soliciting testimonials and reviews, building trust with prospects, educating potential customers.
• Track and analyze market feedback with report to management monthly.
• Frequent local travel (65%) + some global travel (15%)

Sales Account Manager – Diagnostic Films

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as a core member of the Personal Care leadership team, contributing to strategy setting, operating plans, and decision making
• Provide proactive insights and recommendations that improve business performance, growth, and margin discipline
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets for Personal Care
• Prepare and analyze monthly business performance reporting with clear, actionable commentary
• Deliver robust variance analysis and bridges for volume, price, cost, and foreign exchange, highlighting drivers and corrective actions
• Lead economic evaluations for major initiatives including R&D programs, capital investments, portfolio actions, and potential acquisitions or divestitures
• Develop investment cases and scenario analyses that align resources with strategy and return thresholds
• Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators across the business
• Identify risks and opportunities early and drive corrective actions with business partners
• Manage and develop the business finance team supporting Personal Care
• Engage collaboratively with centralized finance to ensure adherence to policies, accuracy in reporting cycles, and continuous improvement in financial operations

Director, Finance – Personal Care

• Serve as a key member of the Personal Care senior leadership team and share responsibility for division-wide business priorities
• Work closely with the global Personal Care general manager to implement and drive the Personal Care strategy
• Identify, develop, and drive key strategic initiatives to enable profitable growth for the Personal Care business
• Help shape and implement the Personal Care global strategy
• Lead the annual strategic planning process and support Board of Director and Investor presentations and communications
• Identify, coordinate and recommend merger & acquisition targets for Personal Care
