• Monitor local market trend information and work with manager to ensure compensation programs are competitive and responsive to local business unit needs.

• Establish and govern a globally consistent warehousing and distribution operating model across manufacturing sites, regional warehouses and 3PL networks.
• Lead warehouse and distribution performance management through standardized KPIs, scorecards, audits and continuous improvement routines.

Payroll

• Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple countries, locations and pay groups (union and non-union), ensuring on-time, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.
• Implement, document, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and controls
• Perform and/or oversee payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net, funding, tax, general ledger interfaces) while investigating and resolving variances.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll, tax, wage and hour, and data privacy requirements; coordinate statutory filings and year-end activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for payroll audits and controls testing (including SOX); provide documentation and evidence and drive remediation.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers; ensure service levels, issue resolution, and contract/SLA adherence.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT to resolve escalations, support business initiatives to deliver a positive employee experience.
