About the role
- Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across all systems in accordance with state and federal laws
- Provide administrative support to Ashby’s people processes, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, etc.
- Assist with planning and coordination of Ashby culture events, both virtual and in-person
- Document people process changes as needed
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of sensitive information
- Building out people process workflows in Ashby to continuously improve our business effectiveness
Requirements
- Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutions
- Are detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data quality
- Work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Are team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to solving problems
- Recognize that Sensitive/confidential information must be handled compliantly
- Have experience with the use of HRIS, like Gusto, ADP, Deel
- Bonus points if you:
- - Have experience working in a Human Resources function
- - Have qualifications in Human Resources
- - Have worked in a SaaS Company
