About the role
- Own the long-term vision for Ashby’s GTM tech stack.
- Evaluate, procure, and implement tools that solve for today’s bottlenecks.
- Own and manage the core revenue technology stack across CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
- Lead and mentor a lean team of systems experts.
- Act as the primary bridge between RevOps and Finance, Data/Analytics, and Engineering.
- Proactively identify technical debt within our revenue stack and streamline workflows.
- Design and streamline operational workflows using automation.
Requirements
- Experience at a fast-growing SaaS company (ideally in the $100M–$300M ARR range).
- Familiarity with the tech stack of a GTM team at a fast growing SaaS company.
- Proven experience as a systems architect and manager in revenue technology.
- Ability to design and maintain scalable systems and data architecture.
- Exceptional at leading large scale cross-functional projects.
- Comfortable with hands-on execution while managing a team.
