Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a home care setting.
Proven experience applying professional standards of practice and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
In-depth knowledge of accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and travel to various office locations within Pennsylvania.
